What services does Lumen Soundworks provide?
DJ performance, professional QSC sound system rental, dance-floor and event lighting, and three-channel silent disco. We cover corporate events, private parties, and holiday parties, and can bring in additional DJs, VJs, and live performers for larger productions.
What areas do you serve?
San Francisco, Napa, Sonoma, the Peninsula, and the South Bay — we travel throughout the Bay Area and Wine Country.
Are you insured? Can you provide a COI?
Yes — fully insured, and we provide Certificates of Insurance naming your venue or building management. Standard practice for us at corporate venues and office buildings.
How much does it cost?
It depends on hours, gear, and location. Private parties typically start around $1,000 including a professional PA; corporate events are quoted by scope. Use the booking link and we'll get you a quote fast.
What is a silent disco?
Guests wear wireless headphones with up to three live music channels — perfect for venues with noise restrictions, multi-room events, and corporate parties. We provide the headsets, transmitters, and DJs, plus checkout/sanitizing logistics.
How far in advance should we book?
Two to six weeks is typical. December holiday dates book up fast — reach out early. We can sometimes accommodate shorter notice, so it never hurts to ask.
Can we rent sound or lighting without a DJ?
Yes — tell us the space and the event, and we'll spec a system: PA, mics, and lighting, delivered and set up.
